Thank-you for popping by my health blog. I hope to inspire others through my writing as I document fascinating facts that I discover online and in real life with different life experiences I encounter on my journey through the university of life.
I know that health is a major topic to address, however we all have an opinion about what is optimal health and wellness. I would just like to add my two cents worth into the equation.
There are so many definitions about what is health. The easiest one to recommend is definition from The World Health Organization (WHO). They defined health back in 1946 as “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
I’m going to use that terminology as my guidance to start with as my study into living a better life and making better decisions begins. Again welcome to my world.
